I enjoyed the warm welcome from staff, especially Akhtar at check-in and Diana in the lobby. The spa facilities were outstanding, and Jenny gave me the best massage ever. Loved the Davines amenities in the room. Just a few minor setbacks with the shower and maintenance of pools. Staff were exceptional, rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. A delightful stay overall at W Dubai - The Palm.

The service provided by Benjamin at the pool was fantastic; his kindness, friendliness, and responsiveness were amazing. The hotel staff, including Mr Nadir, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, offering a private beach and stunning skyline views. Although the food could be better, the ambience and service were excellent. The relaxation facilities, including the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, enhanced our enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like Dolphin Bay and JBR Beach provided unique experiences that strengthened our family bonding.

The stay at the hotel was luxurious with impeccable service, from the spacious and clean rooms to the stunning views across the bay and the top-notch dining experience at the Japanese Fusion restaurant on the top floor. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a truly memorable experience. One area that could be improved is better communication regarding restrictions and conditions, especially for guests on half board.

The WET Deck was the perfect spot for a relaxing retreat, with a live DJ and a chic, laid-back atmosphere that set the tone for our adult escape. The gym, equipped with top-of-the-line Life Fitness gear, provided a great space to stay on top of our fitness routine while enjoying stunning views of the Palm.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from more family-friendly activities for children, such as a dedicated kids' club or playground.

The rooftop bar, with its 360-degree views, offers a sunset experience that will make you forget about the world's troubles. It's like finding the perfect spot in a video game to enjoy a breathtaking view, just to realize it's even better than that!

Breakfast service inefficiency.

The Sobe bar offers fantastic views to enjoy a gorgeous sunset, and the Liv diner serves the quirkiest breakfast with sorbet, multi-colored sugar toppings, and mac ‘n' cheese pots. The WET Deck is an adults-only playground with great entertainment and delicious food.

Waiting 10 minutes to park my car and having a cumbersome process to retrieve it were the highlights of my stay.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and more. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel like royalty. We especially enjoyed sunbathing on the sun terrace while sipping on refreshing drinks from the Poolside snack bar.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the staff here were immensely friendly and almost always helpful. the room service and housekeeping were great and very helpful. the happy hour at the bar had a great selection of drinks, and the breakfast was awesome. the staff at the reception desk and the guys in front of the hotel in charge of taxis were very kind and efficient. the beach access was excellent with amazing views, and the outdoor swimming pool was so relaxing. the spa treatments were good as you would expect from a 5-star resort. Overall, the location of this hotel is of the hotel is very scenic and a nice place to chill.

It would be great if the hotel could enforce these rules more strictly. the pool was crowded at times, making it hard to find a nice spot to relax.

The room was amazing, with a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. As someone who loves to relax, this view was everything!

The coffee maker was a bit tricky to use, but that's just me.

This hotel is an excellent choice for beach lovers who want to enjoy the crystal-clear sea and great facilities. The beachside is wonderful, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and the pool area is also spacious and inviting. The restaurant is a great spot to taste various dishes, especially the Japanese/Asian cuisine, and the terrace bar has spectacular views of the skyline. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help.

There could be some lapses in the service, especially in the times of higher occupancy, and some of the staff may need more training to provide an even better experience.

The beach club at W Dubai - The Palm was fantastic. I had a relaxing time lounging by the pool and enjoying the amazing view. Despite some minor issues in my room, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

Watching the sunset from SoBe was epic! The food at Liv was a playful feast, and WET Deck was a buzzing hangout. My furry friend loved The Palm's pampering too. Celebrating at the hotel's chic venues was unforgettable. Torno Subito's vibe felt like a luxe escape. Don't skip the W MixBar in the rooms with sea views. Chase the good life at AWAY Spa – total relaxation! All in all, a slice of luxury in a lively setting.

The hotel's staff were the absolute best, always there for you, and the room they upgraded us to was fantastic, with a sweet view of the palm from the street side, loved all the little extras they had in there! The pools and beach were total gems. The only bummer was the bit on the pricey side the restaurants ended up being, but overall, it was a top-notch stay! 🌴

the hotel is super clean and has a great location on the jumeirah palm. the pool and private beach are top-notch, and the breakfast has a huge selection. the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are huge with modern designs.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the superb decor and attention to detail. The pools with private cabanas were amazing, and the rooftop bar had outstanding views. The gym, both indoor and outdoor, was great, and the clean and comfortable rooms with balconies were perfect. the staff was kind and helpful, making our stay unforgettable.

The Wet Deck was a standout feature with its beach-facing balconies overlooking the serene pools, water beds, and white wicker cabanas. The WET® Deck, the hotel's pool with billowing cabanas, provided a luxurious and relaxing experience with its latticed lounge pods near the Arabian Sea. Additionally, the AWAY® Spa added a hint of panache to my couple's massage, and the gym, equipped with Life Fitness kit, was impressive. The illuminated façade and the pool deck exuded a vibrant and chic ambiance, making it a stellar place to unwind after a day of meetings.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo because it provides a lively atmosphere, drawing business people, revelers, and in-the-know locals. The WIRED Business Center offers a range of secretarial and technical services, which was convenient for my work needs.

The only thing I missed for my work was the absence of in-room WiFi, which would have been beneficial for staying connected and getting work done easily during my stay.

Had a blast with my friends at the gym, with top-of-the-line Life Fitness gear and cool workout classes to get pumped up for the day. WET Deck was a lit adults-only playground with an epic live DJ, making our pool time totally lit!

I recently stayed at W Dubai - The Palm for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautifully designed, from the stunning atrium to the gorgeous rooms. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a birthday cake in our room. The pool area, with its cabanas and shallow pools for children, was perfect for a relaxing day. The staff at the bar on level 5 were fantastic, making our experience even more enjoyable. I loved the ambience of the hotel, which had a unique and retro interior. it was a memorable stay and I can't wait to return with my family and friends.

The property was stunning and lived up to the expectations. the room looked exactly like the pictures, and the staff were friendly and professional. Plus, it was a big relief that we could bring our cat along, and the room was spacious enough for him to explore.

Small things shouldn't ruin a stay, especially when paying a high price. Unfortunately, we had a pest issue in the room, although they did offer a complimentary lunch to compensate.
